VERSE ebde9ba68f refactor(commands): separate commands and its core into two folders (#32) 
- I think it would be better if one for commands only, one for the spec
handling core logic so people won't be confused by the core logic inside
the commands folder (cleaner I guess)
- Regen docs

- I wrote a scripts to copy and generate all commands missing in iris
from fig repo: https://github.com/withfig/autocomplete
- Add a new script to generate commands docs about which commands
currently are inside commands folder

VERSE d06526cf21 Fix: issue #4 and #5 (#6)
